So I set about having a dig around the game to try and find a way to change the camera, while digging around I noticed a console file, and the Dungeon Siege III.exe had a number of console commands in it, so I replaced the Help Topics file with the Console, so now when I'm in game I can press Esc, click 'Help Topics' and the console will appear.
